Custom cabinetry, built ins and furniture in a range of styles are available. I enjoy the technical aspects of woodworking including joinery and finishing so I'm always open to working in a new style in any species of wood you like.

I enjoy the Craftsman architecture which includes our city's bungalows, foursquares and even tudor styled homes. They typically had thoughtful and useful built ins that add a great deal of interest and charm to their interiors.

I also love designing and making furniture. I have a broad knowledge of furniture styles, joinery techniques and even designers from Eastlake to contemporary. If you have a specific design you admire that is not easily available (i.e. not currently in production) let me know and I'm sure we could come up with a design solution you will love.

I offer free estimates. My services include design consultation as well as (of course) manufacturing and delivering (installing if necessary) the finished product. I try to use "green" materials if possible including Osmo finish and lower VOC paints. I use only real wood solids and plys, not particleboard or MDF and I'd love to use reclaimed wood when it is available in the quantity needed. The hardware is high quality and long lasting. Since all work is custom you may choose your own hardware if you wish. I also love adding small details that make the work unique in the cabinet industry. Things like Craftsman corbels or arched toe rails at the base of floor cabinets just to give the pieces more presence than boring boxes.
