I recently completed a beautiful custom Queen sized bed and a small but highly detailed galley kitchen which I need to photograph. I am very excited to be working on a 1940's streamlined kitchen which is a departure from a lot of the work I've done recently. I typically use Sketchup to draw my projects and here is the model of the 1940's kitchen...
The 40's kitchen is turning out fantastically! if you have a mid-century home that has been poorly updated give me a call or ask for photos. You will not be disappointed.
I will be taking and posting some preliminary photos of the painted galley kitchen I mentioned above. the 1940's kitchen is looking great. I've hand made the drawer/door pulls for the lower cabinetry and the uppers will have beautiful chrome pulls that accent the stunning 1940's "Chambers" stove Chrissy is having restored. If you havent seen one of these in person you should google image search them. They were the "cadillac" of ovens back in the day and this thing is going to shine! I am also working on some Fir upper cabinets to match the pre-existing lowers in a Seattle home and an Oak wall shelf for the same room as well as a large, paint grade double sink vanity for one of my regular customers here in Portland.
